At Miso Sleep, our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free. From checkout to bedtime.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand from our trusted international fulfillment partners.
No matter where you’re drifting off to sleep, we’ll do our best to get your order safely to your door.
Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

We’ll always notify you if that happens.

Total delivery time = processing time (1–3 days) + shipping time (10–15 days on average).
Please note these are estimated times — actual delivery may vary slightly depending on customs clearance or courier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link.
You can also track your order directly on our track your order page.
If you experience any issues with tracking, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We also offer free shipping on orders over $100.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or local duties once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, Miso Sleep has no control over these fees or potential customs delays.
Lost / Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived after 25 days, please contact us at support@misosleep.com with your order number.
We’ll open a case with the courier and do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly.
